Who we are
Olympic Landscaping and Remodeling is a Novato, California landscaping and light remodeling company. We work throughout Marin County on residential and commercial properties, and our team brings 10+ years of combined industry experience across landscape design, construction, hardscape, irrigation, and related exterior remodeling.
We are based at 730 Arlington Cir in Novato and most of our clients are within a short drive, in Novato itself, San Rafael, San Anselmo, Fairfax, Mill Valley, and the surrounding communities. Knowing the soil, water, and weather in Marin County matters. Every recommendation we make is grounded in local conditions.
What makes us different
Most landscaping companies handle a narrow slice of the work and subcontract the rest. We keep almost everything in house, which means one point of contact for a project that might involve design, hardscape, irrigation, planting, lighting, decking, and dry rot repair all at once. It keeps the schedule tight and the accountability clear.
The consistency shows in who does the work. The same core crew handles most jobs, so quality does not vary based on who happened to be assigned that week.
Our approach to a project
Every project starts with a site visit. Not a phone quote or a Zoom call, a walk-through where we see the yard, the drainage, the sun, and the way the space actually connects to the house. From there you get a written scope and a price you can trust. If something changes mid job, we write a short change order so the numbers stay clear.
We finish what we started. That sounds obvious and it is unfortunately not the industry norm, which is one reason we get so much referral work from previous clients in Novato and the rest of Marin County.
